This two week intensive training is a practical and clear guide to supervising and managing staff. You will learn how to deal with people in a positive manner. You will be given guidelines on how to deal with all types of people and earn the respect of the team. This is a dynamic, experiential course with participants involved in games and exercises, recreating and re-running real interpersonal situations and using the learning of each day to create more positive outcomes.

By the end of the course people who attend will be confident in dealing with team members and also more senior members of management. You will recognise and name major roles and responsibilities required for effective supervision in the workplace; identify the importance of interpersonal relationships with respect to giving an receiving feedback; demonstrate the ability to manage subordinates; understand the importance of communication for building effective interpersonal work relationships among peers, subordinates, supervisors; and demonstrate the fundamentals of critical incident management and time management.
